Managed $50,000 annual budget; owned purchasing, compliance, and sponsor/faculty coordination.
Led operations for a 200-member academic association across flight, propulsion, avionics, and safety.
Initiated and managed relations with campus bookstore to create a rocketry display, sell team merch, and develop a model rocketry kit.
Division Director, BYU Rocketry Division of R&D, Provo, UT April 2024-April 2025
Led creation of BYU Rocketry’s R&D Division; managed merger of a 19-member Propulsion Research Team and launched a 21-member GNC team as interim lead. Coordinated with the Experimental High-Power and Capstone teams, authored technical requirements for a mobile launch platform and GSE, secured faculty funding, and ensured compliant use of tens of thousands of dollars.

Coordinated the engineering of the various subteams on the High Power Team. Worked with engineers at Corvid Technologies to develop CFD simulations of and optimize our vehicle. Created standards for designs and design processes for the team
